i have an issue with my auto device, i am emailing on behalf of my father. s/n ME8816503094 it is stating that “the vehicle program is not authorised, please obtain the authorisation”i have tried formatting the SD card and reinstalling all of the updates with no success. i attempted to reregister the device on my account but where the screen is locked i can’t access the device password.i also have another device registered on my account MC0516002731 so i don’t know if i have accidentally confused the 2 device somehowany help would be appreciated
